Pink Lion’s Mane™
Hericium erinaceus
10 cc/mL liquid culture
Pink Lion’s Mane™ is a rare Hericium erinaceus selection originally discovered and stabilized by Prime Fungi. Unlike standard forms that develop white coloration, this distinctive selection produces soft pink to blush tones that give it a unique appearance within the genus.
Under suitable conditions, it develops cascading spines and the recognizable Lion’s Mane structure. Color intensity and form can vary with temperature, humidity, maturity, and fresh air exchange. The deepest coloration is generally visible before full maturity and may gradually fade as the spines lengthen.
This selection is valued for its unusual pigmentation and distinctive development. It is particularly suited for specialty collections, comparative Hericium study, photography, educational displays, production trials, and advanced mycological projects.
Pink Lion’s Mane™ is a proprietary selection originating from Prime Fungi. Cultures offered elsewhere under this name may have originated from Prime Fungi material.
