Shipping policy

Orders are generally shipped within four business days after payment is received. While most packages are sent promptly, please allow for occasional delays.

For international shipments, we complete and attach the required customs documentation. If your country requires additional permits or forms, it is your responsibility to provide them. Because of customs and postal variables, cultures may not always arrive successfully outside the United States. International customers assume this risk when ordering. Please note: international syringes do not include needles. We assume no liability for delayed, lost, or confiscated packages, including but not limited to those held or seized by customs.

Weather conditions can affect the survival of cultures during transit. We recommend monitoring your tracking number, retrieving your package immediately upon delivery, and unpacking it right away, especially if your mailbox is outdoors. Ice packs for hot months and heat packs for cold months may be available for purchase. If you believe your order requires them to remain viable, please add them to your order at checkout. Without these, cultures may not withstand temperature extremes during shipping.

Proper handling is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not replace cultures lost or damaged due to misuse or lack of sterile technique. Once the sealed package containing the culture has been opened, it cannot be returned or replaced.

All cultures are clean and viable at the time of shipment. If a culture arrives damaged, please contact us and we will always do our best to work with you and find a solution.
